Hi there ppl!!

I'm new to the forum, so please apologise me if I'm posting in the wrong section.

I've bought a 1995 Punto MK1 Van 1.7D. I love the car, but there ate some details missing that I would like it to have.
In this particular case, I'm asking for help concerning the dashboard.
On my punto's particular model the temperature gauge and rev counter (tachometer) arent available, so I've managed to get a TD's dash that has all the goodies I'd like to have on my car.
The temperature gauge, is a easy fix I know what to do (I guess).. It's a matter os replacing the temp sensor.

Now, about the rev counter.... Anyone knows if this model already has the sensor? What is the typical connection on this model?? I've read somewhere that it usually it works with the gearbox...

I really apreciate any help on this matter... every where I look, the info I get is only about petrol engines..
