Hi, When i'm driving at a medium pace and down gear to overtake for instance, it goes in gear just fine but then theres a humming and no power?
Whats wrong with my car..

Broken Driveshaft or gearbox by the sounds of it (probably the former rather than the latter)

By your description it sounds like this has happened a number of times ( ) or has it just happened the once and now the car won't go?

The cars now in the garage havin the cylinder head replaced. I feel for the person that needs a new cylinder head for a punto GT!
the bloke at the garage said the gear box and drive shaft is ok..??
