If they are road pads should be fine.

But...

Grooved / drilled discs dont improve braking but they do risk the disc cracking. The slots were done to allow hot gases to escape from the pads under race conditions. Some discs have dimples but even that's not needed with today's pads. Modern pads dont off-gas so no need for the slots etc.

The other issue is that race pads must be really hot to work properly. From cold they are rubbish so really not good on a road car.

For posh discs get some plated or enamelled on the non-contact areas so they remain looking good. Dont bother with slots drills or dimples.
