Hi all, again.
A slowly rusting 1997 mk1 punto 55 s.
The exhaust system has now got a leak not big, it's in the pipe between middle sliencer & back box

Was thinking of looking at my option here.

I got a quote of 422.00 Euros for a super sprint cat back exhaust
Are these worth the money?
And will they effect insurance if it fitted it instead of oing kwickFit for a Rip off and a poor job?

exhaust has fallen off today

Only noticed when i parked on a slope, the rear box is hanging in there! less than an inch from the floor. Rubber mount has snapped

a loud exhaust noise is now present, so im guessing the leak has gotten worse or a new one? or possibly the rear box falling off has reduced silencer.

Either way a new system will be needed. Had no responce about fitting the super sprint in relation to insurance so i guess it will be stock to be on the safe side

The car has also start Jerking and not running very smoothly since it fell off so hopefully it's nothing worse

Think my speedo is a bit off aswell, moving with just he cluch at what i would call 2mph speedo said 8 mph... never noticed it being so far off before
