Don't worry the L's have been off now for nearly a year !!!
I think the exhaust is big enough it's 3inch and any thing else is to big and chav(n)
I thing I'm getting my lowering springs tonight , off to lower it by 30mm :slayer:

The install needs tidying up, too many wires, and running 6x9's free air in a shared space with a sub.....why? They have no effect and will burst sooner rather than later.

Love the grille (mines STILL en route from Germany) and the colour looks bright enough.

Just needs some alloys and lowering 35~50mm all round.

And btw........When did you go to the Nurburgring?

Where did you get the grill from mate? and the exhaust?... thinking about lowering mine... can anyone tell me some springs to get and is it easy to do???

To do the springs are **** easy to be honest, just a little awkward doing the front without a lever though. Get G-Max springs and chop a couple of coils off the rear springs, or just buy a 50mm lowering springs from losuspension.com.

What you need:
6mm Allen key 1/2" socket;
1/2" Ratchet;
15mm spanner;
17mm spanner or socket;
18mm 1/2" socket OR spanner;
19mm Swan neck spanner;
27mm SWAN NECK spanner;
Spring compressors;
1 jack, DO NOT USE THE ONE THAT COMES WITH THE CAR, IT DOESNT GO HIGH ENOUGH, trust me;
Axle stands;
And alot of patience;

Front:
Crack wheel nuts;
Jack up front of the car, one side at a time if you wish;
Place on an axle stand;
Remove wheel;
Remove the two bolts holding the strut to the hub (10mm Bolts, 15MM head and 17MM Nut);
Open bonnet and remove top bolt, use 6mm allen key and 19mm spanner;
With a little faffing about you will remove the strut;
Once out, COMPRESS THE SPRING!;
hold top of strut again with 6MM allen key and slacken nut with 27mm spanner;
Remove the top mounting and the cup and pull the spring off;
To replace, do everything in reverse;

Rear:
Jack up BOTH sides of the car and place on axle stands;
Remove the bottom damper bolt, its a 18mm head, If you chose a spanner, link 2 spanners together;
Axle will drop and allow you to remove the springs without the need to compress them;
Just change the bumpstop and spring rubber thing at the top onto new springs;
To Install; Do the opposite ALTHOUGH, after fitting, jack up the axle with jack until damper lines up with holes.

All done :)

I Got my grill from www.caraudiosecurity.co.uk and not sure about the exhaust I can't remember .

And about my 6*9 they have there own Amp as I am running two Amp's , the reason I have them is not for base ,they are the vocals , and they are not set full bore so they should last for ages. And one of my mate is an audio guy so everything is set up so it will last and so quality of the music is at it's best . :idea:
