Hi, my drivers side electric window motor has packed in and I've been quoted £175 to have it done. Can anyone tell me if they are the same motor on any Punto because if so I may be able to buy a second hand one. Many thanks.

no they wont fit but you can get a cheep one of ebay

If you have a look at my thread on a slow window winder you will see that I have just overhauled the window mechanism on my Cabrio and discovered that the motor can be removed from the rest of the mechanism. I cannot guarantee it, but I suspect that the motor is common with other Punto's, so if you cannot get the unique Cabrio mechanism, you may be able to just swap the motor from another model.
