Ok, I have angel eyes and when i fitted them my lights seemed ... duller! so i have purchased decent bulbs and i have tried the 100w rally things the blues ones super vrilliance.. they all just seem crap! now i was wondering could this be power related .. i have an uprated baterry (a big one that i had to have a custom mount made for!) so it couldnt be that thought maybe sound system .. turned it off . nothing , had them re alligned .. nothing .. so my next thought was capacitors..

has anyone tried adding them before the lights to give them more power.. i was thinking a subtle one like +30% of the power ~(cant think what the lights use atm) do you know how this will affect (blow the bulb perhaps).. any suggestioons welcome because im really realy strugling to see at night!

and beforeits said no i cant get HID's , angel eyes wont take them because of the heat! and no i dont want to replace my lights.

thanks everyone

HID's running hot is a common myth - they actually run colder than standard bulbs.

The reason for angel eyes saying NO HID is because they don't have electronic adjusters. Fitting HID's is fine in the angel eye headlamps.

Check the earth points for your headlights - they are the usual cause of dimness.

yeah i was gunna try and get some on its been ages since i siad i would post them up.. look like its gunna stop raining soon and sun is poking its head through so perhaps later today if the sun comes out! and yeah i think i will try them the only reason i dint was because i rang the manufacturer and asked why .. they told me the plastic would melt

................. and yeah i think i will try them the only reason i dint was because i rang the manufacturer and asked why .. they told me the plastic would melt..............

They only say this to cover their backs, a lot of companies say things like this, like a can of tint spray for rear lights will say not for road use, however if done right you can still pass an MOT.

Should be fine.
