First couple of pictures are the state I picked it up in, I managed to source it on eBay locally, and bought it at £325 because of a cracked bumper and dented bonnet, a bit tatty here and there but that's been sorted out.
So this is my 1998 (S) Punto Sporting 1.2
Bought it with 88k on the clock.
These are the first pictures I saw of the car, and thought although it was tatty I had to go view it to have a closer look:
Not soon after I colour coded calipers and started destripping the sides. I replaced the side repeaters with some fresh ones because the lenses broke off the others.
Then I.... sorted the previous owners bodge job of fitting 6x9's in the door, by getting some door pods...
And making it look much more tidier
Then I put a set of the same speakers with components/tweeters in the rear, as well as sorting out my sub and amp for some decent sound.
I had to change the rear bumper to something a bit more fresher as the paintwork on the replacement one I got was faded. After this I dewipered the rear.
Then.....
Carbon interior novitec surrounds.
Matching gear gaiters, bit of a neat upgrade.
Overall.
After a wash.
Can't believe how shiny it came out.
New 20 groove discs.
Recently it's been treated to a new battery, starter motor. Had a bit of a clean. Passed the MOT with only some welding on seatbelt anchorage points needed.
And here she sits....
