:bang:S reg punto selecta. Gearstick movement stiff occasionally. car squeaks and lurches(??) when fighting momentum (fwd and rev), only when pulling away or coming to a stop. Once moving above 15mph (ish) has never squeaked. If driven very gently it won't squeak (mostly) yet if driven normally it can be very noisy!! Oil is good. Sprayed all accessible linkage. the microswitch on the pedal is good. anyone know how i can test the powder clutch?? is there also a torque convertor in the box?? or does the powder clutch act as this? been quoted £1700 from FIAT dealer for new powder clutch UNIT but he wouldn't tell me what it comprised of!!! Is there anything else i should look at before i scrap it?? Am confident ish to strip if needed. But to be honest i can't find any info about the internals!!! Can anything else (definately gearbox) squeak inside??:bang:
Adittional info: Car Drives ok otherwise, the squeak frequency has increased over the last month or so, and is now happening almost every time i pull off or even slow down for junctions etc...:worship:
