happy with mine this year. 20 yrs old, 1 yrs NCB, £555 tpft, but all mods declared (induction kit, exhaust, lowered supension, etc :)) With adrian flux

1st year on a 55sx 1.1 was £1669 tpft second year (with 2 accidents - none my fault) but no ncb - £1571 on a w reg 1.2 8v, i rang for quotes and asked what it woudl cost to put a k&n on, the guy says "oh not much more, about 200 pound" tit... renewal due 19th sept hope i can get it less than £1100...

I used an online company called bell insurance and they must be the cheapest on the net, only £140 fully comp for my wee punto 55s 96 reg :D

My insurance was £1900 on the same engine size etc but on a T reg..Third Party

After my 1st year it dropped too £1100.. : D

Get a quote with quinndirect

TPFT on my 1.2 Punto is just over 1500 euro, that's with a full licence and one year's no claims. That's in Ireland btw.

I'm 21 and been driving for 3 and a half years. Got my HGT on my 21st b-day and its costing me £932 fully comp to insure with 1 years NCB. although i do have the car registered at my mums address up north...keeps the premium down. i pretty mch live there just travel south for work and visit friends. im with tesco insurance.

:eek::eek:I'm glad I'm not young and living in the UK:eek::eek::eek:

Those prices are over the top!!! I'd tell most of you paying over GBP 1000 to strip as much as possible out of the policy except for legally required liability/civil responsibility. No legal, replacement value, recovery service or any of the rest for an older car that has little value to start with.

I pay around 700 euro for almost full cover, everything but self-made damages.

I was paying 1200 euro for full cover on my Idea Emotion 1.9 JTD when I was driving that.

Of course I'll officially be a senior citizen next year.

£ 359 on fully comp with business for 1.2 x reg punto ..... my mum was shocked!!.... she was paying 450 with the polo

i'm 25 and have a 2001 51 sporting, fully comp £570 with 1 years no claims, cheapest i could find, don't think thats too bad, been driving 7 years though

I'm 21, first car - 1.2 8v Mk2 Living in London £1450 TPF&T moved to Hertfordshire 6 Months ago went down to £1250. I'm with Adrian Flux, found them to be good on price.

Quotes for my 22 yr old daughter as a new driver in a Mk2 Punto 1.2 swung between £560 and £1240 for TF&T; with and without a parent as a named driver. Chose Churchill who was cheapest, with no improvement for an additional experienced driver.

£314.40 for my 2000 HGT with my girlfriend named on the policy.

I'm 26/M/5 years no claims mirrored from my other car, protected bonus and 10k miles.

Edit: Oh and that's fullly comp.

Chris
