1995 Punto 1100cc 55sx.My engine sounds as though it is misfiring on low revs and quite a lot of steam coming from exhaust,and starting to use a it of water,is this a sign that the head gasket has blown.

99% sure it is, sniff test to confirm, maybe a compression test too?

You have the classic signs of a leaking head gasket. You may also find a creamy mayonaise like substance inside the oil filler cap.
