Novice here so excuse me if I'm not making myself clear.

I have in the last 2 months had a new head gasket, 2 suspension arms replaced and had a broken valve replaced i think on the head gasket!!!

When I'm changing gears or acclerating the engine makes a noise similar to the noise made when changing to the wrong gear and the engine struggles initially. The noise happened prior to the valve going which eventually killed the car temporaraly. Its now back and slowly getting worse. Acclerating is still ok and it doesn't struggle yet, but the noise makes you think it will any minute now

Can it be the valve again. I really hope not. It cost me £200 last time inc labour and that was only just over a month ago

I think you need to take your car back to the garage that fixed it and get them to look at it before you throw anymore money at it!

If the same thing is happening as before and you got that fixed that sounds to me like there is a major problem elsewhere that is causing it! get it back to the garage ASAP!
