sounds more like php to me:rolleyes:

All this trouble just for an induction kit which you know fine well is going to make perfomance go to sh*t.

If you're really this bothered about making your car sound a little "meaner", go get the cordless drill and drill holes in your air box.

It's going to do the exact same.

All this talk about MK2 throttle bodies on mk1's.... just to fit an induction kit which you know isnt going to increase performance...

Theres no need :)

Get the drill out

Or get your piggy bank topped up for the GSR kit

what are you on about the focus kit added 6bhp to someone on hears cars so you dont no what you are going on about

Hahaha... Okay Then.

Well show me dyno results and I may beleive you.

i think you are reffering to Anfield...

it was never proven that the focus kit gave him the extra 6 bhp as before and after rr results were not taken i believe.

As cars are made to tolerances, some cars will be up or down on bhp, i believe Jamie's car was up by quite a lot aswell

Thank you!

So it was never actually proven

yeh it was me. I based my car on the factory figure of 60BHP set for my engine, I had to kit on a month or so before i came to Red Dot. I came off the rollers with 66bhp, im not saying it did give me 6bhp more but a car cant sure come out a factory with 6BHP more surely on a 1.2 8v "Fiat"??

what does it matter whether its a fiat or not, some cars come with more bhp, some with less, its just fact, it could have quite easily come with 66bhp.

my stilo came with 160bhp rather than the standard 170bhp, and others were up into the high 70's low 80's;)

Yup, in a more recent example, the new Nissan GTRs vary quite alot in horsepower as some of the engine parts are machined by hand, or so i hear.
