Hi Tez, your car is great! I love the lighting in the vents! First time I see this! Yes, you are right, I've never driven mine in the rain as well - just learnt about dripping when I throw a bucket of water onto the car! My neighbour with a brand-new BMW Z4 also says the same problem. So sometimes I feel that I am so clever - I have spent only 1/100 of the money, and enjoying the same nature!

glad you like it was goin to go to m/c meet meet but just had op on my knee so cannot drive for 6 weeks

i have the punto cabriolet, red 1.6, car is an M-reg (1995) and has done just 65,000!! i bought the car for £300 on 62,000, very good condition.

i put a custom made punto gt twin exhaust system on it and a coiulover suspension kit (lowering about 50mm). ive also put the standard coupe wheels on it (16'') and sprayed them ford frozen white with a red pearl.

the car drives like a dream, although has had to have work done on bits and peices i.e cam shaft sensore replaced, coil pack replaced, new fuel pump etc etc, i also had a large tear in the air induction pipe so replaced the whole box system with a twin branched induction kit, im also due to get a re-map which will hopefully provide and extra 12-15 bhp.

the main downside to the car is the interior, as we all know fiat and ford wasn't known for their spectactular entry level interior trim in the 90's!

besdies that i love the car, im looking at gettin an abarth body kit to finish it off and may price up a new mohair roof.

after all the work ive done on this (and will be doing) i think ive easily put £700 ontop of the price i bought it for....i love it!

Don't worry. They are ok in the winter and the hoods don't leak
