I ham new to this forum so I hope i am not breaking any rules.

I have a fiat punto 2012 1.2 which I recently bought. I realized that there is no undertray. I searched some undertrays on ebay and most of the listing which i found are for grande punto 2005 to 2011 or punto evo 2009 to 2012. Mine is not evo or grande, normal 2012 punto. My question is it is possible to fit the undertray of those models in mine?

I think some models didnt have an undertray from new.

Others get removed for servicing..and repairs.. and just never get put back on

I have a feeling that After the EVO Fiat looked to cut costs with the 2012 Punto, So i wouldn't be at all surprised if the engine tray was the first thing to go especially on the lower budget 1.2 models.

I would have thought that an EVO engine tray is a straight fit, it is essentially the same front bumper between the Evo and the 2012, the grande bumper is different.

On my 2012 1.4 there is only a small under panel that goes under the front of the engine. The rest of the engine/gearbox area has no cover.
This is how it came from the factory as we have had the car from new.

thank you everyone for their replies. i decided not to get an undertray because i was told it will restrict the airflow and make the engine warmer. lets see how long this punto serves me.

As does the motor keeping warm ..

But they do get in the way come service time
