Technical Fiat Punto 2010 duological transmission stuck in 2nd gear

Fiat Punto 2010 duological transmission problem. Stuck in 2nd gear.
will not start. Will not move.

Pls. any help wich solenoid I have to troubleshoot ?

Can you move the selector.

Can you hear the pump prime when you open the door?

Have you checked the fuses to make sure that it’s not something simple like the pump fuse has blown.

Pump is crucial..
