Hi

I wondered if anyone could clear this up for me. Maybe it is normal and the same for all Multi/Twin Airs.

On a cold start up for the first mile or two my engine sounds very rattle like whenever I accelerate. It almost sounds like a loose chain. It's not overall noisy but noticeable and sounds a little bit like (but no where near as bad) the chain driven Corsa noise.

I'm assuming these have a rubber timing belt and aren't chain driven?

Once the engine starts warming the noise goes completely.

Thanks

Multi-air is belt driven
Twin-air is chain.

Could be a loose heatshield...
