Hi Guys, I just bought a 2012 Punto with standard wheels and wheel trims. I want to put alloys on it but I'm on a budget. Is it ok to put on second hand alloys from an older Punto? the guy at the dealership said it would mess with the brakes but I'm not sure if that's true?

Hello,

Which engine do you have ?

Wheels from Grande Punto / Punto Evo / Punto 2012+ are the same.
Read th forum, question asked a lot of time.

Do you seach original alloys ?

If you are changing the wheel size make sure you get your wheel alignment checked properly by a decent garage or tyre shop.

I changed the wheels on a previous car to a larger size and it began eating tyres on the inner edge. It went through a set in 4000 miles.

before 2006 , the bolt fittings are different,

the post 2006 GP / EVO range are a GM joint venture,
so Vauxhall alloys should fit,
corsa + Astra,
