Just brought 1.4 gbt 3dr in red I know some don't come with blue and me fitted but does anyone know if I can go and get one fitted and prices etc ?? Thanks :thumbup:

Yes pricey but i forgot to look when that was posted.. it may be cheaper now yes worth every penny and saves accidents and points on your licence .

Pricey and defo NOT worth the money IMO. Far better of changing the OEM head unit for an aftermarket one

True that would be cheaper but I think would look out of place in a brand new car IMO.

Practicality over looks anyday

My girlfriend has blue & me on her fiat 500, while I have the parrot system on my Punto GBT. I have played with both set ups and love the ease of use with the parrot system and even the automated voices sound less robotic etc. Check out the parrot system if you want to save some money.

Parrots are good and you can always find places to hide these devices for instance the smaller parrot the better like in the punto evo it has the cubby hole down beside the ignition and the one above the sterio easily hidden

I'm just going to throw my hat in the ring here, blue and me is not worth that price at all. As MEP has already said look at getting a headunit with media player/phone call features. I saw some cheap ones in halfords for the other day. I cant verify how good they are but blue and me as pretty pants anyway so they cant be much worse.

You can even get adapters for other headunits so you can still use the steering wheel buttons

I've the best of all worlds imo, no rubbish B&M, Pioneer head unit with built in Parrot Handsfree and patch lead so I can control the head unit with the steering wheel controls

I've heard good things from many about the pioneer headunits and if I have a bit of spare cash lying around soon I may look into a pioneer specifically.

I do agree with the OP though, I would prefer to keep my OEM headunit just because of the way it sits nice and flush with the dash and also the media player adapter for ipod does work very well, but beyond that blue and me is far too flawed and glitchy for me to recommend it to anyone at all
