Whilst waiting for delivery of my new Punto, could anyone shed light on what features the cruise control has?

Obviously there is the 'stick to this speed' bottom, but after driving a Citroën there is a feature on these cars that limit the max speed of the car to anything from 25mph, so regardless of how hard you accelerate the car will sort at the preselected speed.
Does the Fiat cruise control have this feature?

No, it's cruise control, will maintain the min speed you select to cruise at. Is doesn't have a speed limiter which is something completly different. So it will speed up down long gradients depending upon the speed your doing at the time.
