/ standing at the front of the engine bay look down the back of the engine block in line with the oil filler cap and locate a small rubber boot with a single wire coming from it one end and at the other end a 22mm bolt.
/ Carefully peel back the rubber boot cover to reveal the wire connected to the back of the bolt plug and unclip it, dont just pull it as it has to be squeezed like most plugs to come away.
/ Next, take your 22mm spanner and undo the bolt. Do not do this while the engine is still hot as you are liable to scald yourself.
/Have your new temp. sender(Part #758802) ready and as you remove the old one, quickly replace it with the new one.You will need to tighten this with a 19mm spanner.
/Clip the wire back in to the back of your new Temp sender and pull the rubber boot back over it to protect the connection. Now wash your hands, make a cup of tea and feel so chuffed with yourself for accomplishing yet another little job!:slayer:

The part 758802 is around £10 brand new from fiat or alternatively you could remove one from an old Sporting or SX model at a scap yard, youll know if its the right one cos the plug on the back of the part will be red!
