just had my bumpers sprayed hes done a good job but the thing is the colour is wrong. hes done the bumpers front and back handles mirrors and side protectors the spray job is good but the colour is slightly off. so im upset. he said he would redo them later on when ive got time to have the car in again. mine is the light mettalic blue punto. he said he had to mix the paint i thought you could just buy it off the shelf i thought it would be a stock part. being a newish car. can you help ?????????????????????????????
 
<font face="Comic Sans MS">for what it's worth - i've had a few fiats, used and new, and never yet had bumpers which match the car properly so i think it's a feature [xx(]

is it cos they do them at the dealer afterwards i wonder?</font id="Comic Sans MS">
 
When you spray plastic it is never going to look quite the same as when you spray on metal.

It should only be noticable up close though, and it shouldn't be obviously noticable.
