02 Punto basic....drivers side wiper is overwiping and ends up around the door!
I guess your all gonna tell me i need to by the new motor from my rip off dealer for £130 plus labour but im skint and desperate!
Is there any way i can adjust the length of the wipe so it stops at 90/100 degrees?
Have tried to physically move it as it never returned to its down/rest position, but it works for about 5 wipes then goes over to 130? degrees and around the door again!
If anyone was on the A1 yesterday seeing a crazy guy in a green punto whacking the wiper arm down with a coke bottle so it would wipe in the rain. im sorry but yes it was me!

Also: the seat belt warning light is staying on even though im clunk clicked!

try removing the wiper arm and reposition the start point closer to the bottom of the windscreen. the punto doesn't have a seatbelt light its most probably the passenger air bag light telling you its switched off there's a lock in the side of the glovebox by the passenger door turn this with the ignition key to turn the airbag on

The clacking off the end of the screen is a linkage or spindle problem i would say..

Thanks guys...tried unscrewing the arm and resetting...seems to be working..
DDDDDDDuuuuuuuurrrrrrr course it was the airbag....blonde moment!didnt fix it tho and its the red warning light so ill have to take it to the con merchants.
