Hi, my heating in my Mk1 Punto 75 ELX is blowing out cold air no matter how warm my engine is? Oh and how do I drain the radiator?

Hi, the main 2 common causes for this is either air in your coolant system there for you will have to bleed your radiator click the link on how to do that https://www.fiatforum.com/punto-guides/90237-bleeding-cooling-system-mk1-punto.html or thermostat is at fault..

I wouldint be driving the car while its blowing cold air as the puntos are common with headgasket failure, you could be just maken it worser dont get me wrong it could be the HG that has blown but i dout it but if you keep driven it, it will blow trust me get those 2 things checked out asap.. (y)

Maybe its just cold outside! I changed my coolant then discovered when my heater air was hitting the windscreen it was cooling as it was cold outside

Then went I changed it to blow out the head bit a few days ago - it was warm :D (takes about 5mins to heat up though)
