I have a 2003 Punto Sporting (03plate mark2) I have just fitted a towbar and when I came to do the wiring the instructions said that if there was a bulb failure warning system then I need to consult the manufacturer. I can't find anything on the fiat website. What I need to know is what type of wiring system does the car have and what sort of bypass relay do I need to use.

yes I think they do have a dead bulb warnign light on the dash (you should look in the cars manual in the glovebox ).
pulling a headlight bulb out then turning the car on should reveal whether you have the system or not
