Hi there

I have jst had a new engine change and my key is needing coded. What im wanting to know is,

1. will my engine tickover even though my key is not coded to the immobiliser?? (i.e. will the starter still tick the engine over even though the keys is needing coded. Or does the immobiliser prevent this. ????

When i put my key in the ignition and turn the electronics on, all my lights go on and then off but my yellow code key light stays on. I know that i need the key coded because i have jst purchased the key so that i can get the car open and moved.

PLEASE HELP!!!!

The immobiliser prevents it needs the key coded before it starts...
