Could someone please tell me how to get into the rear side light panel to chage a bulb? Its a 97 punto.

look inside the car behind the light and you'l see a plastic cover flick it off and theres a bolt maybe 17mm 19mm cant remember, you will need a deep socket, it will come clear when you see and i think there are 2 of them, then you'l need a pozi screwdriver and undo the self tapping screws on the back of the light to gain accses to the bulbs mk1 punto

Alternatively, look in your toolkit that is stored with the space saver spare tyre, there will be a small tool with a hexagonal fitting at one end, this is what you use to remove the bolts on the rear light array's. The bolts are located mid way up the rear pillar either side of the rear windscreen, there are two more bolts located in luggage compartment, there should be a hole in the fabric lining. Once the unit is off, disconnect the fitting for the power, and unscrew all 4 screws, you should then be able to remove the light fittings to replace any dud bulbs. Hope this makes sense
