Can someone clear this up for me please...

Are interior neons legal for road use?

only if you dont have them switched on, you are not its not even legale to drive with interior light on because it reflects in your window and blocks your view,

i was pulled by the police the other night for having blue neons on my washers and a red led exaust cap. and i have neons inside too!! after chatting a load of poo and looking over all my car they told me to take out my washer lights so i asked about the rest!! they told me that the interior ones are ok as long as they are not visable from the outside!! i have two uvs under the footwells and a beat neon above my sterio. as for the exaust led they was talking rubish about that all lights come in twos. it wasn't till i drove off with just a warning and instructions to take out my neons (nothing said bout the exaust though) that i realised most cars have single reverse lights/ single break lights and single fog lights so what is wrong with that!!

mk2 punto in white, blue interior and more neons joining the car every day!! looking for ideas!!
