Technical judder after cam belt change

My wife had the cam belt changed on her 98 sporting at the local fiat deals/garage. Since then the car has a judder/deadish spot when under 3000 revs. Does anyone out there think that the Fiat deals have cocked up the timing etc or could it be anything else?

Please help the wife keeps moaning about it.
