8v 1.2 Active sport 03 plate - changing headlight bulb

Anyone any suggestions as to changing the offside dipped headlight bulb in the above?

Drivers side looks ok, but looks like I ahve to remove the fuse assembly to get to the cover off?

Also anyone know which bulb? Manual is helpful - says H1-H7 depends on variant and that's it!!

best bit is to check the actual bulb people have found that the bulb in car ca\n be either with oyut a deffinate cut off date as t o when it was changed. as for the changing of bulb most people undo the bolts and with draw the light cluster completly i undone mine moved it forwar a fraction then undone the box behind and moved that back slightly wich gave me enough room .

i found it a nightmare changing the bulb on the passenger side where the fuse box was so like the fishdude says it would be worth maybe undoing the bolts and moving the cluster forward slightly

I did as suggested and undid the headlight housing and the fuse assembly to widen the gap, and although I got bruised knuckles, I just managed to get the damn thing out!!

Turns out it needed H1 bulbs and I only had H7 spares!!

Ah well at least it's sorted and I managed to get a pair of cheap H1 "brilliance" bulbs and replaced them both
