Ive just got myself a second hand sports cat, but the labda sensor looks to me if its been welded in for some reason and the wires have been cut, so here are my options: dont connect any lamda sensor, but what will happen if I do this? Or splice my lambda sensor wires to the welded in sensors wires. Will this be ok? Thanks for your help

i belive you wuill have to have trhe lambda so splicing is your option i think. i know when my mums lambda stopped working car used loads of fuel and would stall when engine was really hot at idling
