hi all just got some new brake pads fitted on my mk2b few week back and now my car has started making some really loud squekin noises every time i brake i getting some right looks:mad: is this linked to my new brake pads or could it b some thing else please help me sarahxxx

ok thanks will take your word 4 it. it just seems to b gettin louder
 
if we talking front brakes get some one take pads out again get some copper greece put some one the back of the pads were the metal is . its the friction between the backing plate on pads and the brake piston that presses on the pad make vibration.
be very carefull not to get any on the brake disc or on brake pad itself.it will stop it
