hey, the title says it all really, any idea what this is, and reason for it? i did take header off recently and clean it to get rid off, but seems to have come back. help appreciated. cheers

Possible head gasket, get it sniff tested.

its probaly the head gasket ive had a bad experiance with them, i went through 2 in six month on my mk2 its due to the radiator filler thing not cooling enough or summet! i was told by fiat (after my second one) to over fill it and it seemed to work...... well i sold the car 3 days later and havent seen it since lol

Yep, head gasket get a test done and see if it is. do you lose any water from the radiator?

No, no loss of water from radiator that i can tell, must be very minor if it is going down, but just this white jelly stuff at the moment, i best get it checked up then as still under warrenty until sept so get it done for free, cheers for the reply's though guys, any other info is welcome though.
