I have no idea about lowering suspension on any car, just know it looks nicer just want to know advantages and disadvantages of lowering the suspension before i make a decision. Its not harmful to the car in the long run is it?

Hey, lowering a car makes it look better especially if you have fitted after market alloys, im getting mine lowered very soon as it needs it the advantages would be that it should handle a bit better i believe as its a lower centre of gravity i think disadvantages would be that lowering springs can make it a stiff ride, or depending on how many mm u decide to lower the car by will determine how slow you would have to go over speed bumps, if you have bigger wheels on the car then lowering the car could cause rubbing on part of the arches.

what sort of price am i looking at for 35mm lowering with new shocks?

IMO it is better to get good quality springs then a cheap quality suspension kit, also remember to factor labour costs in fitting!
