Axle Piston fuel pump - does one exist for a Punto TD 70?

I want to save on fuel duty for my Punto. As such I have read that rotary fuel injection pumps don't like vegetable oil! Is there a Bosch (axle / piston) fuel injection pump on the market for my 97 Punto TD 70? Or will I have to keep on paying Gordon Brown too much money to go to the shops?
