My brakes have started to squeak when I come to a stop. What can I do about it? New brake pads? Cheers dan

Check pads to see if there is anything left for a start. You'll only have to remove the wheel and you can check thickness.

Personally even if they're fine, I'd still remove the pads, apply some copperslip to the back of them and refit.

just get new pads it will stop the squeak, did for me and pads dont cost much!

True, shop4parts aren't too badly priced for geninue parts.

yes but I wouldn't have a clue where to start with the fitting.

Pickup a Haynes manual, pretty easy to follow instructions. However if your not confident, get a local small garage to do the work. Avoid Fiat Stealers as they will charge stupid labour rates.
