HI

got a quite bad banging comeing from the back of my mk1 and am told that the problem is the cross member bushes. just had a new zorst it was banging before the new 1 an the fitter guy sed that the old zorst and the new 1 are no were near the body of the car so its not that making the noise and would probs be the bushes!!

now below is a pick of what i think are the bushes in question am i rite?? would you guys think these will cause the banging??

and whould the link below be the rite part to replace them with, and how big a job would it b??

well i dont know whatthey look liek exactly but i do knoe they are a very common problem on the mk1 ppunto also rear radius arms both have cause symptons like you say.
