Technical Time display flashing...can't get it to stop!

Hi!
I recently replaced my instrument panel on my French bought Fiat Punto in order to conform to UK standards (needed speedometer to show in miles). However, now the time display flashes all the time. I have tried resetting the time, but to no avail. Any suggestions?

Weird one that, have no experience in this area of crossing dash stuff over from lhd models.

Have you tried disconnecting the power and trying again?
