I have a mk2 punto with a temporary repair kit instead of a space saver wheel. All I got is gel and a compressor basically. Having had a flat tyre over the weekend I was stuffed as I had no jack in the boot and the gel would not seal the hole. I think it a whole lot better to have a spare wheel. What I wanted to know is, Can I take this kit out of the boot and put a space saver and tool kit back in its place?

in my mk1 ive got a wheel then the tool kit fits over the top and screws down to hold it secure

I had this in my punto, but if you open up the compartment infront of the compressor theres a bolt thats securing the unit inplace. I then replaced it with a spare and jack, etc.
Yeah thats what I want to do. Not having a spare is pathetic.
yeah those temp repair kits are fine for small hole sbut something big and you buggered i would check the scrappy for punto space saver shoudnt be to much make
