General Electrical Fault Please Help HAve Tried Everything

Hi There guys,

I have a 2001 Fiat Punto 16v 1.2 Sporting Which a got in December I am having a problem with the Heater Fan sometimes but not always when you turn it on no matter what speed setting it will turn on the vehicles side lights and dash lighting too but the motor wont run. My father who knows a bit about electrics has checked the fuses and relays and we have also changed the motor itself which worked for about a week but now its started doing it again. Has anyone else ever had this problem if so any help would be appreciated esspecially with the cold weather we have been having recently.

You MUST have a short somewhere!Get a proper car sparky on it, 9 times out of 10 they find your problem in 5 mins. Theyre worth their weight in gold and their not as exspensive as you may think
