Hi there. Whil I'm waiting for my Panda to arrive, I was wondering if I can fit a cruise control unit from the new Punto on it?

I suppose the cruise control from a Punto does not use vacuum source and servo, since the car's drive-by-wire? Would it be possible to fit the same unit on a New Panda?

No idea, the new punto isn't out in the UK for another 2months.

on the 1.2 engine (8v and 16v) they will probably be the same, as fiat use a lot of interchangable bits.

anyway with cruise control on expect a 25-35% drop in fuel economy. All the saabs I have known with CC loose about 30% fuel efficiancy with it on.
