does anyone have this car with Landi Renzo 4th generation gas equipment (or any other) installed to share bad experiences? here is mine:

after installed gas equipment lambda sensor gave up working. Ordered new one, but it takes a week to ship it from Italy, as only original sensors are supported. Thats really crappy and expensive;

without the sensor engine stops working when on fuel very often; Fuel consuption is terrible - 10l/100km in the city;

Gas equipment works well even without lambda, but consuption is also terrible - 12l/100km;

Secondly the battery is too week. I had to change it from 40AH to 55AH; and all started to happen after i installed gas equipment.

Guys, thats italian car, in italy they are crazy about installing gas equipment enywhere (even bikes:) ), why this car is so not gas equipment friendly?

When you say gas equipment, you mean LPG gas conversion?

My mate has done cars right from BL marinas and citroen CX's, barkovf russian vans to new mondeo's, and audi RS4 and several puntos (well HGT's and mk2 1.2's etc).

He tells me that he has never had a problem like that before, the only trouble he had was finding a good earth point to earth the pressure pump/regulator/electronics in the boot to, as the factory earth point was crap in the punto, he ended up running an earth lead right through the car under the carpets to the main earth terminal just underneath the battery, and problem solved!!

THE best LPG conversions in the UK!

My dads got a conversion on his corsa and has never had any problems like that, sometimes he gets white deposit on his oil cap (not a headgasket problem), it is apparently a normal thing?!
