My front windscreen washers take about 5-10 seconds to spray any fluid.Used to be instant. Is there a non return valve somewhere in the pipework to stop fluid draining back to the washer tank.If so does anyone know where.

if you pop your bonnet you should find it on the passenger side of the bonnet near the hinge.
there should be black flexible rubber pipes coming from your washer bottle, through the inner wing to the left hand side.

I think there may be 2 non return valves, check by the right wheel arch but inside the engine bay. Just as the pipe emerges there should be one there too.

I`ve got other problem. my wipers work stoppagely (hope that`s the propper word). they jup on the windshield on their way back down.

i have the problem with slow to start windscreen washers...

have you solved this...if so, how?
did you manage to get your existing non return valve working? or did you get new one(s)? are they dealer only part?
