I sprayed the earth connection on the passenger side inner wing today because it looked a bit rusty and my clock had reset and was flashing.
I then disconnected the battery to replace my cat and now its reconnected the horn doesn't work!
Anyone had that before?
Oh the joys of 12 volts and fiat's ?

The ground point conenction for the horn is not in the inside of the car. I think it's under the battery.
Do you have a multimeter to test things?

Check and see what is the resistance between the horn ground cable (the color is black I think), and the negative terminal of the battery. It should read 0 in continuity mode (buzzer) mode.

Set your multi-meter to Volts DC, and pressing the horn on the steering wheel see what voltage you get on that cable (careful not to touch the cable on any of the car body metal parts as this could crate a short circuit), it should be between 12 and 14 votls.
