General Engine troubles ????

hey guys, i have £400 to spend on my engine. the only thing is i have a MK2 1.28v GO so what shud i buy to make the thing go a lil bit faster cos with 17" it aint moving anywhere in a hurry? thanx . Marc

if you've already got an exhaust an induvtion kit then why not try chipping the little beast in disguise.

will that add much bhp to a 8v, cos i thought about that but thought it might be a waste of time?

not entirely sure, i would of guessed it would add about 5bhp upwards depending on what other mods you have done and what sort of chip you go for i.e. more power through rev range or just top end speed.

NOS is good tho, it'll prob only take no more than a fifty shot tho.[}]
