Thank you judder bar .ive found that now did the test took off the connection and waited .fan didnt come on .so gonna put 12 volts direct to the fan see if we get anywhere . I managed to get the rvet screw from the brake line holder though hitting it with a screw diver and mallet and prized it through the hole so that job is sorted .

well guys thank you all for your replies , ive managed to solve everything and its all done apart from a warning light for my brakes im guessing its just the switch for the handbrake stuck on or a faulty sensor so ,i will be attacking that tomorrow then it will be a good wash of the car and fingers crossed. thanks again .

I think the brake warning light is on due to the low level of your brake fluid. Check the level, see how it is.
