Sod it....

Just bought k&n filter and some top quality racing car mats (had to be cheap this month as I am between jobs at the mo!!)

Pics will follow as well as before and after audios of my car before and after installing the filter.

For next months mods (around crimbo)... cant decide between...

1. Straight through de-cat exhaust system (manifold thru to tail pipe/s). Custom Job from a well established company my way - quoted £600.

2. 16" alloys, - (will post pics)

3. Superchip.

Help me decide!

Yer, maybe, but it looks great if u can see the coloured calipers at speed. Also bigger silver circles look better than small silver circles at speed

Exhaust, it sounds great and gives you the extra bhp that you need for bigger wheels.

wheels mate! a loud punto on std wheels? people will just think the exhaust fel off! not only that the gearing is that low in 1st &2nd there will be more traction with the bigger wheels and ur car will be better off the lights! more traction also means youl be faster round corners and when on the breaks!(you know what thay are?)lol

Alloys - changes the whole car.

Always rims but i can understand the dilemma. I have the rest but nothing under the hood.

how much did the K&N cost and what are your thoughts.

Chip! It makes the car faster than an exhaust does
And a car's no good if it looks nice and goes like a Micra. I'd do the chip, then wheels, then exhaust.

nah do the k&N and zorst first ,then get the chip that way it is set up to take advantage of the mods otherwise you need to pay to get the chip remapped a second time

ye make it look (wheels then shocks n springs)then sound the part (K&N & exhaust)make your car handle well & good on the brakes as unless its a turbo it will never have big BHP & be fast!
