Hi,I'm going to piggyback fuse off of lighter socket from internal fusebox but wheres the best place to connect to earth? Is there an earth inside fusebox I can use or a handy bolt/nut nearby?

I just removed an alarm from my car. There was an earth wire on the bolt behind and above the fuse box

My car is left hand drive which might make a difference.


On my car the petrol pump accident earth switch is just under the raised carpet under the glove box which is on the right hand side of the car. The switch is bolted to the car and has an earth wire coming from near the battery on that bolt.
