I have a 05 1.2 8v punto are Air Intake Manifold gaskets an easy job to replace.

How sure are you that the intake gasket is at fault?
It is a fairly easy job which would require some wiggling of the nuts, bolts and spanners usually.
But nothing you can't sort over a Saturday morning, imo.

The issue is air sucking in so try some acrylic sealant over the gap and leave to cure. It won't be pretty but it should stop the leak.

If it's an HGT, the inlet manifold comes off complete with the cylinder head. There is no other way. Trust me I tried.
