Couple of months ago i got a Fiat Punto HGT Mk2B(Facelift) 2004 which was originally with Radio/Nav Blaupunkt TravelPilot DX/RNS4 + CD Changer ,which i swapped with Pioneer SPH-10BT. With the original Blaupunkt all of the controls on the steering wheel worked perfectly.
I bought Steering Wheel Adapter Connects2 CTSFA003.2 and refund it and now a second adapter ACV 42SFA003 ,which i got today and i am on a way to refund it again. I also found they are basically the same devices , only in different boxes and names.
The problem is that from all of the buttons on the steering wheel only 2 Works , but they do the same function , the Mute and Source buttons either turn on ATT(Mute) or when i swap the cables , they change the Source . Nothing else works , like Volume+/- or Track +/- .
Also on the first device "Connects2 CTSFA003.2" , i wrote an e-mail to the company that is making them , after a weeks of photos and information that i gave them , they just closed the ticket and said "This analog steering controls are not supported" , while the installation guide and all of the info states that it works with Fiat Punto 2004 and even the photo from the installation guide is the same as my steering wheel. I wrote today an e-mail to "ACV 42SFA003" to ask them if they have any ideas before i refund it .
I want to ask you guys if you have tried to make the steering wheel controls to work and if YES , which adapter did you bought or what you have done to make them work .
